Xmas Gift Voucher Discount (22nd – 25th December 2023)

• Gift Vouchers: Customers will receive a 10% discount on gift vouchers purchased during the promotion week. These vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and adhere to the terms outlined in our general voucher policy.
• The purchase of vouchers has no limit on quantity per customer.
• Vouchers purchased during this promotion can only be redeemed with Nelly.
• Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with promotional vouchers or during the promotional period.
• Discounted vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or loyalty schemes.

How to Enter (Xmas Raffle):

• Tickets are available for £1 each.
• To purchase tickets, visit us at Nelly Keung Health & Beauty Centre or call us on 020 8647 9101.
• The raffle is open until 30th December.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.

Drawing and Notification (Xmas Raffle):

• Winners will be randomly selected from all entries.
• The draw will take place on Instagram live when we close on Saturday 30th December.
• Winners will be notified via phone or email.
  • For the treatment prizes (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), winners must book their prize within 30 days of notification, but the treatment can be redeemed up to 6 months from the date of booking.
  • The winner of the 4th prize (Christmas Hamper) must claim their prize within 30 days of notification.

General Terms: (Xmas Raffle)

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If a prize is unclaimed or not booked within 30 days, it will be redrawn.
• By entering the raffle, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

Black Friday Promotion Week (20th – 26th November 2023)

• Gift Vouchers: Customers will receive a 30% discount on gift vouchers purchased during the promotion week. These vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and adhere to the terms outlined in our general voucher policy.
• Beauty Packages: A 20% discount is offered on our beauty packages, which can be viewed on our offers page. This discount does not apply to laser packages. The packages may be booked at any time but must be purchased during the promotional week.
• Laser Treatment Offer: A 50% discount is available for any laser treatment packages, including 10 sessions, purchased between Friday 24th and Sunday 26th of November. These can be purchased either through our website at our beauty store or directly at the salon. All laser treatments include a free consultation, detailed on our laser hair removal page.

Additional Terms (Black Friday):

• These offers are not valid on existing bookings; they must be purchased during the Black Friday promotional week.
• The purchase of vouchers and packages has no limit on quantity per customer.
• Vouchers purchased during this promotion can only be redeemed with Nelly.
• Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with promotional vouchers or during the promotional period.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or loyalty schemes.

Gift Voucher Policy:

• Vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, as indicated on the voucher.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or used to purchase products.
• Proof of voucher validity requires a signature and expiry date.
• Full-priced vouchers can be used towards any treatment and promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Discounted vouchers can be exclusively used towards treatments with Nelly and are not valid with other offers.

Offers and Discounts:

• All special offers are valid between specified dates and cannot be combined with other discounts or loyalty schemes.
• Students and NHS Staff can avail of 15% off on certain treatments upon showing valid identification. Exclusions apply, including but not limited to BOTOX®, Semi-Permanent Make-up, and Teeth Whitening.

Loyalty Scheme:

• Clients earn rewards over visits. On the 6th visit, they receive 50% off up to three selected treatments. Specific treatments are excluded from this offer.
• Loyalty cards are valid for a year from the first visit date and are non-transferrable.

Reservation and Cancellation:

• Appointments can be booked without advance restrictions.
• A 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the forfeiture of treatment if part of a course package, at the salon’s discretion.

Payment:

• Payments are accepted post-treatment in the salon via cash or credit card.
• Online payments are processed through PayPal or bank transfer.

Refund and Non-Refundable Policy:

• Courses and treatment packages are non-refundable due to the discounted nature and associated operational costs.
• Products purchased at the salon can be returned for a refund if a reaction occurs. The product must be presented in person at the salon for evaluation.

Health and Safety:

• Treatments like tinting require a patch test 24 hours before the appointment.
• All products used comply with UK health regulations.
• In the event of adverse reactions, clients are advised to consult a healthcare professional.

Products and Deliveries:

• Products can be collected in-store or delivered within a week via a reputable courier.
• The salon isn’t responsible for damage sustained during shipping, but we strive for customer satisfaction and will assist where possible.

Client Conduct:

• We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

General:

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel offers at any time due to changes in external conditions or errors in advertising.
• Updates to these terms will be made on our website.
• In unforeseen events beyond our control (force majeure), the salon is not held liable for disruptions or cancellations.

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
