Offer before prices increase:
Clients who have booked any treatment before midnight on 31st July 2021 for after 1st August 2021, will qualify to pay the old prices. The new prices will go live from 1st August 2021. After this date, if you wish to find out what the prices were before the update, please contact us. All clients who have booked already before 31st July 2021 for after 1st August 2021 will still receive the old prices.
Gift Voucher General Policy:
Gift vouchers can be purchased at the salon or via our online beauty store. All gift vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the expiry date. The last date a voucher can be used (i.e. expiry date) will be printed on each gift voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any offers, are non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase products, be resold or exchanged for cash. There is no limit as to how many vouchers can be purchased per client. Vouchers purchased through our website will either be sent in the post or emailed to the purchaser. Vouchers that are sent via email can either be printed or shown from a phone at the point of paying for the treatment.
Discounts on Gift Vouchers:
The date range of any offer on gift vouchers will be displayed online or in the salon. Discounted gift vouchers can only be used towards treatments with Nelly and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Full priced / Non-discounted Gift Vouchers:
Full price / Non-discounted gift vouchers can be used towards any treatment at the salon as well as any other offer.
Student & NHS Staff Discount:
Clients may receive 15% off 1 or more treatments. A valid Student or NHS Staff ID Card must be presented prior to the treatment. This offer cannot be used for any of the following treatments or current offers: BOTOX®, Semi-Permanent Make-up, Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions, Teeth Whitening or any other packages listed on our offer page.
The prices that are displayed on the website or online booking system are valid and up-to-date. Any prices that you see different on third party sites or from our physical price list are invalid or have expired. If you see this, please contact us to confirm the price, 020 8647 9101.
All Offers Terms & Conditions:
All special offers at the salon are valid from and to the dates specified. All offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other. These include loyalty cards and vouchers. If you are not registered to receive our monthly emails containing our special offers please click here. All offers can only be booked via the salon, mobile app or on our website. Offers cannot be booked on any third-party booking sites. The management reserves the right to remove any offer at any time. For more information please give us a call on 020 8647 9101. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions:
Any loyalty cards provided by the salon are to be used by the client. Each client can receive one loyalty card at a time and cannot share their loyalty card with another client. When a client comes for their treatment, a member of staff will sign and date the card at the end of the treatment after payment has been received. When the client completes their loyalty card, they are qualified for the offer stated on the loyalty card. Any offers must be used on the day of booking and must not be used in conjunction with any other offer going on at the salon at the time of booking. All loyalty cards are only valid for a year from the date of their first visit.
Mobile app loyalty scheme – All terms for the loyalty card scheme remains the same for the mobile app. The client must present their mobile device to a member of staff with the app open on the loyalty scheme page and the staff member will add a stamp onto the device. Once the client has reached their 6th visit, the staff member will wipe the stamps on the mobile device for the client to use again on their next visit.
Refer a friend:
This promotion is for clients who recommend us to a new client. The current client may receive 50% off a treatment* which can be used only once on their next appointment.
*The client may have any treatment that is performed by Nelly Keung. All other treatments are not valid with this promotion.

All appointments can be made at any time with no advance restrictions, however the Cancellation Policy remains the same.
Please make sure that your date and time of appointment is correct before making a reservation. If you need help with your reservation you can call us on 020 8647 9101 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.

In Salon: Payments are taken after the treatment at the salon. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Online: Payments are accepted via debit or credit card through PayPal or bank transfer. Please visit the PayPal website for their full terms and conditions on customer payments.
Online Bookings Policy:
A 24 hour cancellation notice or a change for an appointment would be appreciated. You may amend your appointment yourself by going to the original confirmation email you received when you booked or you can contact us on 020 8647 9101. Please click here to book online.
Gifts and samples:
We may provide products or samples for the clients to try. These shall be subject to the original supplier’s own terms and conditions of use.
Products used for the treatments:
All products used during the treatments comply with UK health regulations. Any clients wanting to book a tinting treatment will require a patch test at least 24 hours before their appointment.
Under 18s Policy:
Before any treatment, parental consent is required for under 18 year olds.
Of course, we value your opinion and your concern is our top priority. However we will not tolerate any abuse to our staff. Any abuse may result in prosecution and the matter taken further.

Salon products purchased at the salon:
If you have reacted to any of the products sold to you, please call Nelly on 020 8647 9101 and inform her of the situation. We may request you to come to the salon for us to take a look and advise you on the steps to take to resolve the situation.
In order for a refund, you must be present with the product at the salon. You may not have a representative request a refund on your behalf unless you are under 18 years of age.
Depending on the item, purchases can be collected from the salon or delivered through a reputable delivery courier.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Nelly Keung Health & Beauty Centre’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
